Three digits that fit in only the same three cells of a row, column or box.
What to look for
Pick a row, column or box and three digits it is missing. If, between them, they fit in only three cells, those cells hold a hidden triple, however many other candidates they show.
Why it works
The three digits must go somewhere in that house, and there are only three cells for them. So those cells are filled by the three digits, and every other candidate in them can go.

Hidden triple
In row 4, 2, 3, 7 fit only in these three cells.
So 1, 5, 4, 8 can go from the highlighted cells.
The cells that show the pattern are in amber, the cells it changes in green, and the candidates it removes are circled.
